I played college football and have coached from the youth to HIgh School levels, and the need to combine faith and sports is no doubt, greater than ever. 

Since 1995, I’ve enjoyed the adventure and challenge of engaging, equipping and empowering young people and coaches with the Good News of Jesus Christ. First, volunteering with FCA for 17 years, then coming on staff in 2012. My heart for ministry ignited in college with Cru Campus Ministry, developed through years of serving with FCA and my church youth group, and culminated as an ordained Pastor and FCA Staff member in 2012. Along that journey, I also gained valuable ministry experience as a Children & Family Ministry Director and Youth Pastor. 

Previous to my FCA Staff role, I cared for and served in several communities as a Pharmacist in Northeast OH and Western PA, loving people through the challenge of staying healthy in their body, mind, and spirit. Jesus also has a deep care for the heart that you have for others in the places you influence every day. Let’s figure out how we can transform lives together!

My wife Julie and I have 4 amazing daughters, and now 3 incredible son-in-laws. We cherish every moment with them and with each other! We enjoy traveling, walking, hiking, and playing tennis. #FCASVY
